The Theory is that everyone is connected through a level of 6 people. Iknow in my own life it has happened SOO many times and I have shrugged it off to just the world being a very small place.. But I am thinking it is more then that.. What do you think?

yes...it's actually a mathematical theorem, not a folk story or urban legend. It has to do with the number of people in the world, the degree of inter-connectivity from random associations, and so on. Most people in the world today should have about 6 - 7 degrees of separation between them.

I can get to Kevin Bacon in 3. I knew Gary Sinise's (actor currently starring in SCI: New York) dad, and Gary was in the movie Apollo 13 with Kevin Bacon. Ta da! Used to be that 6 steps to Kevin Bacon was considered tricky.

Interesting, huh?

I can't get with that concept unless the story of adam and eve is a reality then that would make sense, but since it's not, I believe that line was given to us to keep the illusion alive. We really have know clue as to what everyones true origin is. Some that exist here may not even be from this planet. so I can't logically see how that statement can be true.
