I believe there was a $100,000 bill with President Woodrow Wilson's picture. The largest denomination bill now in use is the $100 bill. Larger bills were outlawed years ago for general circulation to help combat drug traffiking.

$100 is the largest denomination for circulation.

anything else, you can't spend or get... so it really doesn't matter.
