After all Russia KNOWS the U.S. has WMDs and the U.S. has already used them on another country.
The U.S. also used biological weapons (smallpox) on their own population. (The Sioux)
And the U.S. invaded its neighbor to the south, (Mexico) and took large amounts of land from them by force. (Texas)

Dude, your question is too deep and complex for neocons. they are drones, automatons. Standing tap water has more live and independence. They can not think above what the hive hierarchy tells them to think. And according to Bush/Israeli Doctrine no one but who they decide are "evil doers" or not are able to defend themselves and how to do it when they do it. According to the Bush/Israeli Doctrine if separatist, or whatever working out of Japan(lets day)attacked Beijing. China would then ask Japan to hand over the perps. But lets say the perps slipped out of Japan into Brazil or something. Or, as insurgents seem to do, hid very well and the Japanese could not find them. Under the Bush/Israeli Doctrine China would be free to attack Japan using the Taliban Clause(if we ask for someone and you can't hand them over, you are a harbor of them and just as guilty) Plain and simple. Unless, the person attack is a boot licking lack dog to Uncle Sam. Then they get the Saudi Clause(you can have 15 of 19 hijackers come from your nation but that fact will be ignored because we like you) The neocon drone can not see this. That the same action is the same action. Just because it was a boot licking friend does not make it any more right than if they were said to be "evil doers".

That is a very clever parallel you've shown between the US, and Iraq (the country we are invading). Well Done.
