I have been USA 9 months.when I first day went to school.3 periods is english classes..1 english..that teacher is nice and beautif. That class has asian and mexican people. most are mexican. Maybe is this reason. so my teacher dislike we asian student.. When I or asian students to ask question,the mexican went,too. I think I am next asker. But the teacher answer mexican first..And she asked question, alway ask mexican. And she just talk to mexcan.did'nt talk to me and asian student......I say something I do't, is she can't heart. she only listen to mexican. And, I ask her"can I go to restroom" She said"wait to class over" I said"sometime, we cant' wait" she said"sometime you have to wait"But mexican ask same question. she made a pass to them..
This is why, what's wrong with us.
And we asian student is learn engish fast than mexican..I know some mexican friends.they living here almost 2 years.but engish is bad than me..

I don't think anything is wrong with you and I am sorry that your impression of your English teacher leaves you feeling you were punished for your heritage. Shame on the teacher! Your English is coming along very well, by the way, for 9 months in this country. English is a very hard language to master (and I have lived here my entire life!) You have three choices here, as I see it. First, confront the teacher outside of class in a polite way, letting her know you feel you are being treated unfairly. Second, you can approach the principal or dean of students or your counselor regarding this teacher's discrimination. Your third option is to simply congratulate yourself on how well you are doing and move on! High School, thank goodness, is not forever! Best wishes.

due to the fact that 2008 i've found out that almost all of Americans are dumbed down and consider some thing they're advised and cheer while they do not have an understanding of a unmarried truth of some thing . If you don't make it a habit of going to the bathroom during class periods you have a legal complaint. Talk to the principal of the school and if says to bad, call the school board. English is a very hard language to learn. Read books that are written in the English Language. Try improving more so you can go mainstream. Use the American dictionary this will help you speak the American Language.

Lets's try something. Look in the mirror, do you see an ugly person or a nice looking person. If you see an ugly person then you have the reason why. If you see an attractive person then the next time you have to go to the restroom and she refuses explain to her that you went to the mirror and found a nice looking person so the only reason she has left is one of discrimination. Tell her that you are going to ask your mom's boy friend Guido to pay her a visit she will definitely not forget. Good luck.

There may be other issues you are not picking up on. Or maybe you discriminate against Mexicans. I live in China, and I know that many Chinese people discriminate against people who are darker skinned than they are.
Or maybe your teacher is racist. It is unfair, but it is life. You can complain to the administration, or you can just do your best to learn English and not worry about one racist teacher. She isn't worth your time anyway if she is racist.

I'm so sorry. I think you should tell your principal about this. It does sound like she is discriminating against you. Your English is good, but still needs a lot of work. Maybe if you had a better English teacher you would learn faster and better. I'd cuss her out in my own language.

Take it easy, man. You'll do fine, just be patient, and understand that not all Americans are like that, and some are quite helpful.
Keep learning English, and by the time you are as old as your teacher, you'll be making 10 times as much money as she is.....Good luck!

some teachers are just really mean . and they are really racist. some people just get speacial treatment. hang on when you learn english better than you can understand things better and the teacher can keep on helping the mexian kids.
