You can really do it all yourself. There are several trains a day from Amsterdam to Brussells, and even more between Brussells and Luxembourg. You can book the Amsterdam-Brussells route on http://www.thalys.com and buy any other tickets at the stations before you depart. English is widely spoken in all three countries.

For hotel rooms there's no end of sites - just do a search, but I've used http://www.eurocheapo.com in the past.

Also, TripAdvisor is very useful for finding out user opinions on sights, restaraunts and hotels

Enjoy!

Too short to visit this three countries in only 5 days. But OK, if you wanna do this:
- 1 day Amsterdam
- 1 day Brugge
- 1 day Brussels
- 1 day Luxembourg
Travel by train, that's the best way.

You don't need a tour operator for that. Just do it!

Seriously just get your flight tickets from somewhere like http://www.expedia.com . Plan a way to travel between each city and go for it. You can sort out accomodation and guided tours when you are there. It's hardly trekking across the Andes and it'll work out much cheaper if you sort it all out yourself.

Have fun!

I think you should just do it yourself...I lived in The Netherlands and Amsterdam is really easy to get around!
