i have one of those free 10 day pass things and want to try it out.

i looked on the world of warcraft website but couldn't find the download

actually you only need an key.
so in theory , yes you can download WoW game or Yes you can borrow the game from a friend and install it.... but... you'll have no use of it since you don't have a key.

you can download it from www.worldofwarcraft.com, but after the 10 days you have to pay the 40$, not a bad deal, thats what I did, problem is that I have no cd's so if I switch to a different computer I'm not sure what I'm going to do.

Hi you don't have to download trial i have a link to download it full and there is patches to the game that you have to download so the game would connect to free servers insted of the original server that's all

If you got the ten day pass from a friend, you can use his cd's.
