it is simple, when your every action is towards her, it shows devotion. The more dovoted the two are, the more love reigns. Ii is not magic, but it is caring with a heart that is needing, but also pleasing.

When you are so happy all day everyday because you know you have that someone special. They are always on your mind, whether in the front or back of your mind. When you wake up in the morning and think of them, throughout the day you wonder how they are doing. The sound of their voice on the other end of the phone makes you smile. You enjoy taking care of them, and everything just fits! You like to do littlest things for them, go out of your way to help them. Every time they look at you, the butterflies start swirling in your tummy, even after years of being together. When you look at them you see the future, you can't imagine life with anyone else. You feel complete. Every kiss leaves you trembling.... Well at least that is how I feel in my relationship, so I must be in love!

Are you best friends? Can you picture yourself growing old with this person and still wanting to be together? Would you feel the same way if they became ill or disabled? Can you stand beside this person no matter what others think? Do you feel that you have found your other half? Would you trust them with your life and well-being? Can you be there to lend a hand when needed and to accept one when offered?
If you can answer all of these questions with a yes, then you are probably in love.

I've only been trully inlove once. When he was sitting opposite me, my heart started to beat faster and i felt i was almost going to faint. Sometimes when he went away i couln't breathe, and he was the first thing that i thought when i woke up, when i had a problem, or before i went to bed.It was trully overwhealming, much stronger than i was or that i ever imagined something could be.
As far as i know, those symptoms are the ones which tell me that i am inlove.Trully inlove. Passion is a complete different thing.

I think Dorothy deserves the "best answer". Its simple but it says the most. Its the truth..u know when you dont have to ask. It is hard to tell sometimes between love and lust. When you walk down the street and see 2 ppl holdin hands and it makes you think of ur person...could be lust. could be infatuation. I was infatuated with Justin Timberlake...i know.. my god. leave me alone. anyway, I saw him once on venice beach and everytime i saw a guy joggin shirtless i thought of him. I thought of him when I even thought of going to the beach "is he gonna be there, whats he doin right now?" It was bad. It was also lust. I didnt love him. Im babbling but Dorothy was right. You just know. You have no doubt. no second guesses. : ) Good luck.

1)when you lose 20 lbs just thinking about them! lol
2)when you get jealous when they are flirting with other ppl
3)when you feel that your heart is going to break when you find out that for some reason you cant have them
4)you want to be with them all the time
5)you imagine them with you
6)you write them letters but never send them in the mail
7)you get nervous when around them
8)you get disgusted when everyone else but them are flirting with you lol
9)when you never stop talking about them
10)when other people notice everything revolves around that person
11)you catch yourself lookin at them all the time
12)you keep a snap of them in your wallet/billfold/purse
13)you think that they are the most wonderful,beautiful,gorgeous thing on earth
14)honestly, you'll just know.

I think that you know when you are in love by when you like go to do something and it reminds you of that person... or like you imagine life without them and you find yourself dead or something... I always think iam in love then... and then I break up with them just so they dont do it first and then I feel really depressed when they arent that sad about it...

When you see a person and you feel like you want to throw up and butterflies, you're in love. Also if you think about that person all the time and your heart beats faster.

when you an truly look into somebodies eyes and say you love them without having to think about it - unless your just a horrible person and can lie through your teeth.....but I'm sure your not!!!
You cant really ask other people though because we all love in different ways adn experiences will be different...but stop listening to your head and asking yourself if your "in love" - start listening with your heart!!!

you know you're in love if the thought of never seeing/holding/hearing from again the person you like fills you with dread. if you get butterflies in your tummy this can also be a sign you're in love. generally though, if its a one way thing then its just infatuation. being in love is a two way street.
personally, when i myself am "just in love", i hear singing and there's no one there.....(despite my medication)....
