Well, the Democrats want Big Government, which is bad because of bureaucracy, too much taxes, and corruption, but Republicans want Big Business, which is bad because of bad customer service in larger corporations, more expensive service, corruption, and monopolies. Why can't there be a "happy medium" between the two? We can't have Big Government -and- Business...either they exist Big and Small or just Medium together. How can they be both medium sized so as to restore the democracy of the federal/democratic republic of our forefathers?

I guess it's hard to find those bi-partisan solutions. What a shame. But these days, we are having big government and big business with the Republicans. Thank goodness Bush can't rig another election, at least for himself. Time for someone new in the White House for sure.

A really strong third political party might be the answer but Alas the Dems and republicans are too entrenched on the political landscape.
