Where is property located? Close to Belmopan? Belize City?
How large is lot in acres?
Not a citizen of Belize and Belizean friend has told me there are issues with non-citizens owning property there. Is this an issue as far as you know? Can you find out?
How long does a typical closing take in BLZ?
