yours or others? You can't fix someone else, but you can work on yourself. Think before you act, try to look at all sides of the equation, make a list of things to do for other people and do at least 1 thing every day for someone you know

As a general rule, the only person whose behavior you control is yours. If it's your selfishness that needs to be "cured", it probably stems from some fear or insecurity and it can be worked on. If it's someone else's, you can't do much about it unless it is your child who is selfish.

I think that you can start by thinking about others and not yourself all the time. I've tried this myself but It didnt work for me B/C iM very selfish myself but mabey It will work for u so remember to think about others first
