i find that i'm much more interested in sex during ovulation, so yeah, the sex might be better. but if it's already good, what more do you want?
the best time to conceive a girl? people will give you all kinds of answers for that, but you get what you get.

According to the Shettles method, have sex like 3-5 days prior to ovulation to conceive a girl or the day before and the day of ovulation to conceive a boy. The theory is that the sperm carrying the Y chromosome (male) are faster but the ones carrying the X chromosome (female) are longer-living. There's more to the method, so try googling "Shettles method" for more info (position is part of the theory, too.)

I dont' know if sex will be better...
To "conceive" a girl, have sex 4-5 days before you ovulate (they will be the sperm that sticks around) and on the day you ovulate (they get to the egg faster)

The thing that improves sexual relations is the attitude that people bring with them. Otherwise, it's a purely physical act.
Boys and girls are determined by the father's sperm, not by ANYTHING that the mother does. If there is an XY match, the outcome will be a boy; if it's XX, a girl.

You really don't have that choice it is what ever the sperm that fertilizes the egg. There is no special time.
