Cuts, Eve, Half & Half, Love Inc. Does anybody find it odd that all of these shows have black casts? Is this a conspiracy? Will they be replaced with other shows that cater to black audiences? Is this racism? What the hell is going on? Share your thoughts on this. PLEASE.

The Cosby Show did have some white people. What about the little fat kid that barely spoke who was a friend of Rudy's or how about the neighbor with the bald head?

How can having shows like that be racist when they tell stories about black people? Like it or not some black people don't come in contact with a lot of other races in their personal lives. Anyway, Cuts is show about a white girl and a black guy running a salon and they are friends with other black and white friends. Half & Half depicts the life of two sisters by the same dad but different moms (common) but in their work lives, they have friends and co-workers that are of other races. I work in the court system and have a lot of associates of a different race but when I go home, I see mostly black people. I respect Dr. King. He was a great man and I am glad that he fought for equal opportunities for all but there are hundreds of shows with all white casts and I watch plenty of them. I just appreciated having other choices that were somewhat reflective of my world.

I understand about the ratings and that speaks volumes but it still seems odd...or maybe not.

I didn't say that it was racism. I asked if you thought that it was.

I am black. You must be confused. You seem angry. I'm not. I'm just asking a question. Sorry for any misunderstandings.

UPN and the WB are combining into one network and those shows didn't make the cut. They will probably create more shows for the new network. Whether they cater to Black Audiences or not depends on the ratings they get. Don't think it's racism just ratings.

I've never heard of any of those shows. If people aren't watching what's the point of having them on the air. They'lll probably put something that will have more audience. An I don't think it's racism. The Cosby Show was on for so many years. And also Sister Sister, and so many other shows targeted for African American Audiences. And Those shows aren't only watched by African Americans. I'm Mexican Am. and I love The Cosby show. The good shows stay on for a long time.

Cosby show had white people on it and Spanish speaking people. Well about the cancellations I'd stop watching those shows long time ago. Cuts was just stupid, Eve was getting there. Half & Half was alright. Love Inc. was just a dumb show. I like Everybody hates Chris and Girlfriends. I dont watch One on One anymore either. It's not racism it it's not working get rid of it. A lot of my friends stop watching channel 13 anyway and watch BET for the Black shows.

You caucasians have been living the life for many years... IT OUR FRICKEN TURN! You only named FOUR! Racism has been going on for years & no it is NOT racism at all. If it is, it's probably a way of getting back at your ancestors for killing most of mine & other african american's relatives. Stop your little whining. I see racism every fricken day. We have only ONE history month, but that's all we could GET! We have our own channel. What do caucasians have? It's hard to name every single thing you have. Caucasians had the right to VOTE & everything & almost every single day, some african american gets discriminated in stores like Kohls & what not. What about FRIENDS? What about Frasier, Home Improvement or Seinfeld? Yeah. Now what? Do you think that makes us go whining & complaining? We have our own f*cking channel! We have nothing to get all p*ssed about, so get over it.
All I did was 'share my thoughts'. What will you do? Call the police to lock a 13 year old up for telling the truth? Well d*mn. If one of you caucasians insulted an african american, the poilce would'nt even probably GIVE A SH*T. I am not racist, but people like you make me feel that way.

I'm pretty sure they are all on UPN.... a station that has the lowest ratings on basic cable...a station that is trying to up their earns, by not wasting money on unwatched shows. Since it is UPN and the cater to a black crowd, I'm sure several of those shows will be replaced with more of the same type; that is unless the UPN exectuitives have decided that the black audience thing is not working for them.
The only way it could be racist is audience based...

If people aren't watching, people aren't watching. The WB has always been pretty good about having shows, as well and BET (obviously). I like to see more diverse ethnicities in mainstream shows too, such as Lost, House, CSI, etc. But don't let it get you down and think it's racism. Shows like George Lopez signify that America won't accept to not have it's diversity represented. It's shows like American Idol and Big Brother and all this reality TV that can put the squeeze around anyone who goes up against it.

I have noticed that UPN has always had "black shows". I don't think it's a conspiracy, just their thing. No one thought it was racist that The Cosby Show never had any white people.

Its called low ratings.....if you don't do well in the ratings, you get cancelled. I have an idea - although I've never heard of any of them - they may have been on UPN in which case they might pop up on the CW this fall since UPN is merging with the WB and becoming the CW.

People are loopy nowadays. They are out of manage. Report it in your regional media. They could also be interested within the tale sufficient to make it entirely public within the country wide information.
