To transplant them onto a man you would need mammalian testicles so you would be looking at the Blue Whale.
The whales testicles are carried inside the body and each one is about the size of a rounded upright piano.
Im pretty sure that they could be attached onto a man, however he
would need his jeans altered a little.

The largest animal to ever live on our planet is the blue whale. It's tounge weighs as much as an elephant. It's heart is the size of a Volkswagon Beatle, and some of it's blood vescles are so wide you could swim in them. So most likely it will have largest testicles.
