There are a few Arabs who practice the religion of Judaism. They are genetically Arabs and religiously Jews. Genetic Jews are technically Hebrews or Israelites. As you can tell from the first answer, an Arab that converts to Judaism or Christianity is leading a very dangerous life...

The term "Arab" refers to the majority ethnicity of the people in the Middle East, just as "Caucasian" is the majority ethnicity of Europeans.

The term "Muslim" applies to those practising the religion of Islam, whereas "Christian" applies to those practising the religion of Christianity. I'm not quite sure if there is an adjective for those practising the religion of Judaism...this is a major confusion in the English language. Ack!

So to answer your question, they are still Arabs. Jews are the descendants of Abraham through Isaac (and those people that came along in Egypt through marriages, etc. before the Exodus).

People say Arabs when speaking of one's nationality. Judaism is a faith or religious belief. I guess they would be an Arabic Jew. In uniform fighting for Israel, they would be an Arabic Jewish hero. In Palestine without the fancy uniform, you would call him a terrorist.
