I have a friend that has a piercing something like King something can't remember. He says it didn't hurt at all, and I have another friend who had his member pierced and said it hurt like hell. It all depends on who you go to, and your pain threshold. I would expect it to hurt some since there are so many nerves in that area.

phew are you kidding getting it pierced...yuk!! i shouldnt think it would tickle in fact fetch a few tears to the eyes..and a woman to find it sexy how the hell would a woman deal with a b/job? let alone sex..and yes no condoms! no your braver than i would ever be..(if i were a man)

I don't really care much for guys that pierce their genital.
This reminds me the one saying my friend use to tell me she said that if a person's genital is on the outside they're hiding something inside.
