Can anyone give me suggestions/leads for retail management opportunities in the northwest Arkansas area?

My wife and I are considering relocating to the Fayetteville/Springdale, AR area(s), and I'd like to remain the retail field. I've managed entertainment stores for the last 6 years, but would also consider maybe selling insurance or whatever. It'd be great if any of you have any tips, or even better if you have any direct connections and could help me locate a good position. Thanks in advance, all.

I think the job market is bright. A good worker should not have any problems finding jobs around Northwest Arkansas because of its continuous growth. There are typical video and games stores.
