How long ago did you repot it? Sometimes there is a bit of a pause between repotting and new growth. And is the pot big enough? Assuming the potting situation is not a problem, since the leaves are not as green as they should be, it sounds like a nutritional issue. Check at your local garden supply store for some plant food specifically formulated for citrus. If you repotted recently with soil that has some sort of fertilizer in the mix, use a very dilute mix of the citrus fertilizer; you don't want to burn the plant by overdosing it with excessive plant food. When you water, let the top inch or 2 of soil in the pot dry out before you water again. Then give it a good soak, until the water runs out of the drainage holes at the bottom of the pot.

How long is it since you gave it a good feed?
Also do not water the leaves of the tree especially in direct sunlight as this can cause the leaves to burn. Better off to water early morning or late afternoon.

Depends on if the leaves are just yellow or if you see green veining in the yellow. That would be indicative of an iron deficiency.
