should I stay or go???

Question

Me and my husband got married big mistake right. Well I was 19 now I am 25 and I have a new job and want friends and stuff. I say that because when I was going to school and started to have friends he became more controlling and more mean telling me that I was cheating on him when all I really wanted was to have a girl to talk to and friends to be thier. It got out of hand and physical I called the cops but it was he said she said and no one got taken in. I left because I didnt want my child to see us fighting everyday. Filed for devorice and was told that I CANT GET ONE. thats right we have to go to parent, couple classes, and anger managment, that was to much for 8 months I did that now I live here again and the girls ask me if I can go with them and I cant because my husband will think I am cheating on him and I cant take that but it makes me sad, and I know I cant live like this. what sould I do . Of course their is more to this but that would take days to explain.

Hi, I can only tell you what I have heard from other abused people, get out while you still can. IT IS NOT YOU IT IS HIM, it is never OK to hurt another person, no matter how mad you are or for what reasons, if you don't have some place to go or money to get there, go to a local church & ask for help, look up help on line.I'm sure there are plenty of resources for abused women on line. If you are asking if it is ok to leave then you already know the answer. Take care of yourself and your children first. It is never ok to let someone hurt you w/ physical actions or words!!! How old is he? No matter his age, he is a control freak and that is NOT a healthy environment to be bringing up a child in. Do what is best for you and your child. Being 19 wasn't even what made this marriage a mistake. I married at 18 and am now 28 and still very content with my husband. You just need to find the RIGHT man.

Divorce or not, you should definately leave. Your living like a prisioner now, your still young, you should be able to go out & do things as an individual. Don't waste your life with a controlling person, cause it won't change, no matter what any one says, HE WILL NOT CHANGE!!!! If you can't get a divorce, leave anyway! Whats a piece of paper? Trust me, stay single and free once you leave, you DO NOT need a man to get by! Good Luck!!

Why could you not get a divorce????
Since you have done the counseling,classes,etc, you may now file for divorce citing Irreconcilable Differences, history of abuse, etc,etc. This will just continue to get worse and you child will begin to think that your husband's behavior is acceptable.
You can't have a marriage work without trust. He is trying to make you a prisioner in your marriage. You married young, perhaps too young. People grow and sometimes their spouse does not.
In my opinion.....get out...

welll first of all its ur decision wether or not u could get a divorce.....u just got to staystrong and let them no that u aintgona put up with him nemore.and think of ur child also.that should be the first thing on ur mind.they way u actaroundur child could be the way she acts when she grows up.
