No, in fact I can concentrate so hard, that when I realise I have to go pee is almost too late.
I said almost, I run fast ;)

When you really need to go pee, just think about sex,
and your desire for sex will make you forget about pee...
TRY AND LEARN...
Its also prooved by German scientists that thinking about sex makes you forget about tooth aches...
