Absolutely...go for it...how dare they delete an intelligent question, and surely, she just doesn't realize the true value of those 5 points, does she? I would work it out on contingency..if you win, your lawyer will get 2.5 points, you will get 2.5 points. That way, your upfront cost will be lowered. It isn't the points, it is the principle. And, after all, that 5 (or 2.5 ) points is good for an airline upgrade down the line. Go for it.

Yeah sure just like the story about the man and his wife. The husband wanted to go on a helicopter ride, but it cost $50 and his wife said yeah but you know $50 is $50 so he decided against it. Well years later he was given the opportunity again and once again the wife said yeah but you know $50 is $50 so he didn't go for the ride. Well when the husband was eighty years old he came upon the helicopter ride again. This time his wife made the same comment and the pilot overheard. Well he offered the couple a ride for free IF they didn't make a sound. The couple gets on the helicopter and the pilot takes off in the air, he looks behind to see if either of them would make a peep, but nothing. Well he decides to try a few tricks, but still not a sound. So finally after thirty minutes of performing tricks the pilot brings the helicopter down. He tells the couple wow I can't believe neither one of you made a sound, okay a deal is a deal you got the ride for free, but I gotta ask how in the world did you stay so quiet. Well the husband replies, well I did want to say something when my wife fell out, but you know $50 is $50.
So I guess you're right 5 points is 5 points but so is $4,000. :)

What kind of an individual are you to live with? I bet impossible!! I think you should be more concerned about your wife and if you stay married. If I were you, I'd take the $4,000 and get some counseling and take your wife out for some meals.

You're either lying or an idiot. A question subtracts five points. It doesn't add them. So you're going to sue Yahoo for subtracting points? Yeah right.

If five points is so important to you, why didn't you just go to the lawyer instead of posting this question?
