He's 16. I don't think he needs a tattoo at that age

He is too young for a tatoo wait till he gets much older for that stuff because a year later he might not want it and he will be stuck with it.

shrink, no. It will stretch with weight gain, and once it stretches it wont go back down (its still only skin, same rules apply) It will fade if its not taken care of *think sunscreen every time it sees daylight*. Also, be positive on what it is that he wants because they are permanent!

get it on the arm..it looks soooo much cooler there..and try to get him to get a tatoo that looks like a vine that raps around the arm..or get like a barcode tatoo those look SOOO cool..plz tel him to get a barcode..bye hun!!

no it wont,at 16 he is pretty much done growing,oversize it just a bit if youre worried but I wouldn't ,at his age shrinkage will be minimal

personally i'd wait, i got one on my 18th birthday and im still growing, plus something as permanent as a tattoo, theres no rush
