When your drunk, you are very honest. Mel Gibson really thinks what he said to that cop. He just pretends to everyone when he's sober. I hate it when people are fake.

I think everyone's making too big a deal about this. He was drunk. Even if he did mean what he said, its not like he did a press release saying he hates Jews. A lot of people have bad thoughts they don't want everyone to know about.

I think it was a really dumb and unfortunate incident if it was just the fact that he was drunk and stupid I think it would be very easy for everyone to forgive..but his last movie was so controversial that some people were just looking for a chance to get him or wait until he was ultra vulnerable..he'll be forgivin by some but I think they are going to be extremly hard on him.

let he who is without sin cast the first stone.... hard rule to live by (near impossible) but it applies well here.. just because he made a movie about Christ doesn't mean he is like Him.... until everyone can live a perfect life them self they should avoid pointing out everyone else's flaws.... easier said than done i know, but it would be a lot better for our hearts than only focusing in on what everyone is doing that's bad

Well he said these things when he was drunk. And people say that when u r drunk it's the only time u say something true. So i guess he said he was saying a truth that was inside him which he was hiding . But i don't thinks we should go as far as causing pain( crusifixion)

yeh hes only human, no one is perfect, the ones who criticize the most r usually the ones who are the worst... n thats a fact. if he would of physcially attacked someone then it be a different story, as long as is his feelings i think is his business..we all have things we dislike n many just dont show it for different reasons. we cant please everyone so like just give it a rest ...get over it
