if you don't bring your rabbit indoors it will die from heat stroke. How would you like to be out in 100 degree weather with a fur coat on? Domestic rabbits shouldn't be outdoors. If you are insisting on keeping it out doors. Keep plenty of cold water on hand for the bun. Also go to home depot and buy several ceramic or terracotta tiles and freeze them. Then hourly change them out of the cage.

Keep air flow moving.
As many have said - frozen pop bottles
take bananas and apples, cut into 1" pieces...freeze them. (you don't have to peel them). Take out and give them frozen - my rabbits LOVED these frozen treats.
Take a spray bottle and mist the head and ears.
One mention of wetting down the underneath which works BUT with a CAUTION. Especially if you have rex furred rabbits - or angoras/fuzzies. WATCH CLOSELY for what looks like dandruff...this can very very easily in the wrong conditions turn into fly strike. I've had Rex that would lean against the water bottle and their rumps would get wet, then the moist, wet trapped stuff met flies (even when I didn't see flies) and I ended up with fly strike (aka maggots). This is *deadly* and *nasty* to deal with. Keep areas dry and fly free if at all possible.

Freeze pop bottles and have them in the cage with the rabbis so it can cool down by leaning and lying by them. Make sure there is always fresh cold water and a clean fresh supply of food. The pop bottles work well and the rabbits really like it. Make sure you give them some extra attention during stressful times like this when its so hot because they need it, and with out it, they can die.

It would be best if you could bring the rabbit inside somehow if at all possible. If not keep it well watered and in the shade. You could even get a wet cloth and wet down his belly. That way the rabbit will stay cool and won't bake from having water all over him.
