Could be a mite. This can cause hair loss and dry itchy skin. Find a vet that sees Guinea Pigs and take him in for an exam

Could be mites or a vitamin deficiency, or real dirty skin. Take it to a vet.

Could be either age or diet. I would call a local pet shop and ask. I know dogs and cats can have similar issues though if given cheap food.

That sounds like ringworm. I would pay a visit to the vet to make sure so you can treat it before you end up with it.
