What other jobs (besides teaching) can I get with a Art Education Degree?

I have a degree in art education and I currently teach art at the middle and high school level. Iwant more of a challenge for myself. I am currious of what other (if any) jobs I can get with this degree. If you have any idea or know where I can find out, please provide the information.

Of course, an education degree is meant for people who want to be educators. But, there is always another road! Art Ed people can manage Art Museums, sell antiques at high-end art galleries, work at most any type of establishment that sells art-type things, and you could be a working artist.

Many artists and musicians choose to diversify rather than concentrate on one thing. You could perhaps teach part-time and spend more time on creating and selling your art. There is also diversity within art; for example, if you primarily paint you could take up sculpting or ceramics.

There are some environmental schools that combine general education with outdoor education that sound really cool if you are willing to move and don't have a family because many ask that you live on site and travel(backpack) with the students on nature expeditions. I don't think the pay is great but you get free room and board and paid to be outdoors. How cool is that!

a mental health instituition or a children's
hospital as an art therapist.

you should look up "occupational outlook handbook" online, or something like that, it gives lots of statistics on jobs and the demand for those jobs and what you need and how well they pay, etc. have you thought about art therapy?
