yes quite easily as you can from a heart punch and a head punch

better sites for debilitating someone but not killing them are the nose, diaphragm (winding) and testicles - you are 100,000 times more likely to die form a punch to the head than a kick to the testicles (even if it doesnt feel that way!)
flicking you fingers like a fan across someones eyes is also a great defence technique - as they raise their arms to defend their eyes move in and knee them at least twice rapidly in the groin

If you hit the larynx, which is the voice box, hard enough you can most certainly crush it. This will cut off air supply and you will die without immediate treatment. You can also damage major vessels in your neck causing internal bleeding.

Depends on the strength of the punch.

Yup, there's vital passageways in the throat that if crushed can seriously compromise someones ability to live.

yeah you can if you get swelling and it cuts off the trachea or if the hard cartilage in the trachea gets broken it could make it so that the air can't get down to the lungs because the trachea would collapse.

Absolutely. It could result in suffocation from either an obstructed airway or blood in the lungs.
