In my medical opinion I believe it's your head. I suggest you pull it out quickly.

I saw this on an episode of X-Files. It is an anal probe used by aliens to determine if a man is homosexual or not. Go out into the nearest corn field, get real drunk and pass out naked, and it will be gone the next morning when you wake up. They will also leave you a sucker and $50 for being their test subject.
