I'm in Georgia, USA. The heat index the other day was 105, all I do is sit in the shade and drink lots of water when I'm outside. Haven't been outside much lately though.

I'm in the southern part of your state. The temperature here is 93 with a heat index of 104.
I just stay in air-conditioning as much as possible. If I have to be outside, I drink lots of water, wear light clothing, and stay in the shade as much as possible.

Drink lots of water or eat watermelon to stay cool. Stay in the shade if you have to go out doors and remember to put on sunblock.

I live in Oklahoma. It has been in the 100's for the past week. My opinion: FIND AN AIR-CONDITIONED BUILDING!!!
If that is not possible, find a community pool or a body of water that permits swimming.
If neither of the above are possible, drink plenty of water with a fan pointed at your face.

Drink water and go hang out in bar (you don't have to drink just play pool or something), library, mall or movie theater that has air conditioning.

It sure is hot here! But I've been in the air conditioning all day, so I haven't felt it.
