She is definitely not your friend, a friend would never lie or steal from you, I am sure that she has her own things/clothes, she just likes your's better, she has what is called an inferiority complex, she thinks that she will never be able to measure up to you.
In fact I don't believe that she honestly likes you, but she obviously likes your stuff.

I'll tell you what you can do, find away to stop dealing with her all together, and expose her to the relevant authorities for who she truly is, as a maliciously lying, reprobate stealing, conniving wolf in sheep's clothing, back-stabbing frienimy, whether it be to your school guidance councilor, parents and/or guardians. You must also report her to your other friends/classmates as they are also in danger of her stealing from them. Tell everyone she knows.

Remember friends come and go, but family stays forever.

Sounds like this friend is a compulsive liar as well as a thief...hate to say that.

My daughter's former best friend was staying over w/us. We were all gone at work/school. The friend left my daughter a message that she was "borrowing" one of her (my daughter's) jackets.

It still hasn't been returned. I wouldn't trust this friend anymore.

If my daughter's friend's mom asks again if she can stay over, I will tell her no...and why not.

Okay, if she is doing this, you need to tell someone in authority. Like your parents, or better off, the police. This girl has some serious issues. Stealing is wrong and it is against the law. First off, I would tell your parents.
