Drink a full 12 oz. glass of water before each meal, it makes you feel fuller so you don't eat as much, and it flushes out water weight naturally. This is a trick they have used in Hollywood for years. oh, and cut out the soda, it's full of empty calories and salt. Try it!

There is no easy way to do this but try the Celebrity juice diet at celebrityjuicediet.com or found at GNC ...Excersice is always helpful so if you are trying to avoid it then try and take in less calories like1200-1300 daily instead of the usual 2000 cal..At least try a walk once a day..Sorry to tell ya but without starving yourself (witch will backfire on you in the long run) You are going to have to do some sort of excersice..Good luck!

you're smart to opt out of fasting or stupid diet plans. but it's only on those stupid diets that you lose weight that fast.
a healthy weight loss is 2-3lbs p/week. so if you're gonna do it the healthy way, it will probaby take longer than 2 wks.
things to remember when dieting:
1. 1lb=3500 cals. so for every 3500 cals you burn, thats 1lb lost
2. don't stop eating. this makes your body go into starvation mode; it starts feeding off protein (your muscle, not your fat), and in reality, just makes you more unhealthy than thin.
3. exercising takes off the lbs twice as fast as just cutting calories. drop caloric intake down to@1500 cals a day, and exercise for about an hour a day.
4.drink lots of water. it will help you feel full, keep you hydrated, and help your body digest food alot faster.
5. ease up on carbs and protein, but don't completely cut them out. your body needs both to survive properly, and both will help you feel fuller faster.

The only real safe and lasting weight loss is at most 2 pounds per week. The rest is just water and will bounce back on those hips as soon as you quit dieting.

Well I'm not sure you can lose weight without a plan. If you are willing to try it, eat fruit, vegetables, and fish only (occaisonal sweets are okay) and drink lots of water (that'll fill you up so you don't eat as much). Exercise at least three days a week for 30 minutes, too.

SCREW DIET PLANS!!!!!
I've known many many many people who need to lose wight quickly. I always recommend getting into Gymnastics. It makes you more limber, helps lose wight, and its alot of fun! Even Beginner Gymnastics at a local YMCA or Chilson center is a fast way to lose weight. My best friend lost 12 1/2 lbs in 8 days with me training her in gymnastics (she couldnt afford classes). Classes do cost money but thats the only negative thing about it. I really recommend giving it a shot.

A bit hard. Have you tried fasting? Do an apple juice diet for a couple of days but you did say no fasting. Oh well, good luck.

There are many ways to do it but i think eat only fruit and veg and drink only water and do a lot of exercise is your only option well there are loads more but no you have no chance if you want 2 loose it in 2 weeks

I once lost 8lbs in one week by doing Atkins. I cut out all carbs and sweets. It was kinda hard to do but you are not hungry. It is not dangerous. I just have a high cholesterol gene in my family and did not want to take any chances. So no bread or fruit, only water to drink. You can do it and it is possible. Make sure you take a multi-vitamin daily.
