They make mistake's quite alot and shift the blame toward me, even though the paper trail show's who is at fault.

Speak to your supervisor, and if that fails, talk to your supervisor's superior.

Hopefully have the documentation.

It sounds like somebody isn't doing his/her job well (the co-worker and the supervisor if they don't believe you).

Good luck with this. If anybody else can back you up, then maybe take them along to the meeting, too.

Hey! i heard this saying once. "being kind to ur enemies is the best revenge" if u r nice to them you may be able to make them see that ur to good to blame and they'll end up fessing. idk though Good Luck!!!!!

BEEN THERE......THE ONE WHO BELIEVES THE LIAR.....SHOULDNT BE IN HUMAN RESOURCES.......THEY ARENT GOOD AT IT...... SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST CHITS.....
