Where did you learn how to read and write? Even your vocabulary is atrocious. What are spots? Beauty marks and freckles are permanent, moles can be removed, and pimples are temporary. Where are these spots? On her face, her feet, where? Is there any human who doesn't have spots of some sort or other?
