In spring Greece is amazing. The weather may be cold or rainy in Croatia in April. You better visit Croatia some other time in the summer (which is more hot in Greece).

you may pass by prepare from Thessaloniki to Belgrade (by skill of Skopje). From there, you may pass to Zagreb, then Zagreb to chop up (on the coast) and take a bus from cut as much as Dubrivnik. yet another answer reported going from Belgrade to Bar (in Montenegro) which might placed you on the coast plenty nearer to Dubrovnik than chop up. verify to make advantageous your railpass covers trains in Serbia. If it does not, and you nonetheless would desire to pass by rail, you will would desire to return and forth by skill of Bulgaria and Romania to get around Serbia. different recommendations: verify with a return and forth agent in Thess to verify in case you may take a ferry to Dubrovnik from there, or in case you may take a bus from Thess or Skopje to Dubrovnik. solid success!
