Ok Here is a 3 day diet plan my mom used to work in a hospital and this is the diet that they give for ppl that need to loose weight fast for surgery and what not. I used it to loose weight for my wedding you do this for three days and the rest of the days you dont over do it on the goodies and food but u can loose up to 40 lbs in a month 10 lbs a week ive done it and it works

Day 1
Breakfast
Black coffee or tea
1/2 gapefruit or grapefruit juice
1 slice of dry toast
2 tbsp peaunt butter

Lunch
1/2 c or 4 oz of tuna or chicken
1 slice of dry toast or cheese
Black coffee or tea

Dinner
2 slicfes or 3 oz any meat or small broiled steak
1 c beats or carrots
1c green beans or greens
black coffee or tea

Snack
1 small apple
1c vanilla ice cream

Day 2
Breakfast
Black coffee or tea
1 egg any style
1 slice dry toast
1/2 banana

Lunch
1 c. cottage cheese or 1/2 c tuna
5 saltine crackers
black coffee or tea

Dinner
2 hotdogs
1 c. brocoli or cabbage
1/2 c. carrots or turnups

Snack
1/2 banana
1/2 c. ice cream

Day 3
Breakfast
Black coffee or tea
5 saltine crackers
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 small apple

Lunch
1 hard boiled egg
1/2 c tuna
1 slice dry toast
black coffee or tea

Dinner
1 c. tuna or 1 chicken breast or 3 oz of turkey
1 c beats or carrots
1 c coliflower or greens

Snack
1 small banana

I know seems like a lot of food huh well it is i sometimes cant finish it all
A couple hints:
Follow strictly for results
Dont season anything to much just a lil salt and a lil pepper your not supposed to do that but meat is nasty to me without something on it

The best way to lose weight quickly and for the short term is this:
1. Count your calories. The USDA has a website that lets you search for the calorie count in food. Limit yourself to between 1000 and 1500 calories a day.

2. Drink lots of water and take a multivitamin.

3. Get sweaty and get your heart rate up to 150 or so every day for at least half an hour. Run, bike, aerobics, it doesn't matter.

You will definitely lose the weight this way. There is no magic pill - it's gonna be hard work, but it will work.

Instead of snacking, when you get hungry in between meals eat crushed ice, or drink water. Eat healthy meals like special K with skim milk for breakfast, fruit/ salads (without all that dressing, cheese, etc...) for lunch, and similar light healthy meals for dinner, perhaps grilled chicken, and steamed vegetables. Do not fast/crash diet that will not help. Work out an hour a day mostly cardio, take walks whenever possible, and don't stress out! Good Luck. You may not reach your goal, but this will def. be the best way to try in a healthy way.

Try the South Beach Diet! You won't starve youself and you get to eat good food. The 1st 2 weeks kinda suck (no bread, fruit, or pasta) But you lose at least 3 pounds in the first week. you may not lose the 20.....but you'll look better.

Drink lots of water and eat only fruits, vegetables, and fish. Work out for 30 minutes on a daily basis. If you are willing to eat only that and work out, you'll lose 20 lbs. or even more.

Don't do anything extreme by taking medicine.

Eat four or five small meals each day and find time to do some aerobic exercise every other day. Stay away from the complex carbs and be sure to keep yourself hydrated with water.

Avoid eating anything 1-2 hours before you go to sleep.

Stay away from all processed foods, sugars, bread, cereal, potatoes, rice, dairy, juice, alcohol etc. drink at least 10-12 ounces of water everyday. Eat lots of green leafy vegetables and other vegetables--keep fruits to a minimum--apples are ok--stick with lean turkey meat and lean fish no salmon or mackeral. stay away from salt. Cardio exercise anything to get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes a day. It is a very strict diet but if you stick to it you can get the weight off but no cheating

OMG!!!!!!! Congradulations, but what I think you should do is no junkfood eat healthy! Workout most of the day. Do mostly situps and if your tired work more. Maybe get a personal trainer everyday! Belive I would know this stuff.
