Is my uterus right up front now? Like right against the front of my belly, so when I feel something moving a little (18wks pregnant) is it the baby and not bowels or gas right there in front? It feels different then gas movements anyways. I'm not really showing much either so that makes it easier to feel maybe??!! 1st pregnancy by the way!!!!

Trust me, your uterus is right up front. Pretty soon you will be seeing the movement of little hands and feets and a butt sticking out here and there.

Your organs get pushed upward, which is why pregnant women often get heartburn and shortness of breath.

At 18 weeks you should just be feeling the first movements of the baby, and yes they should be in the front. Your uterus is a couple of inches above your pubic bone by now. When you lie on your back and feel above that bone you should feel a smooth, round ball.

When your pregnant as your uterus grows it pushes your other organs up.

everything gets pushed up.. when you get further along you will see that it gets harder to breath in deep......at first when your baby is moving it just feels like a wave of movement then when the baby gets bigger it will feel alot more ruff

ur uterus grows up it usually is down by your pubic bone so it grows up and everyhting else just gets squished around to fit. thats why it not comfortable to be prego.
