If you have an issue, talk to the chick you are dating...or is this just your 'gripe about women' day? *rolls eyes*

First, if you are having a problem with someone, talk with them about it.
Second, if it bothers you that much, tell her that it is time to leave in about a half hour so she has that much time to get ready. Then you can leave on time. When I was growing up, we had to tell my mom that something was happening an hour before it actually was so she would be on time. My ex's mom was the same way.
Thrid, not all women are like this. I am ready to go in 2 minutes, sometimes less. It is my fiance that takes longer to get out of the house! lol I don't wear makeup so I don't have to worry about that and I don't worry about what others think about what I am wearing, unless I am in my pj's, then I do worry. I am ALWAYS on time and don't have to apologize to someone because I am there late. I have always made a point of being on time, no matter what it takes.
As for the bathroom thing, that probably goes back to when we were children. Didn't your parents ever teach you that you are supposed to go to the bathroom before you leave the house so you won't have to go while you are out busy doing things? She is probably going to the bathroom for that reason. I know I would much rather use the bathroom in my won home where I know it's clean than the public ones where you have no idea when they were last cleaned.
If you can't handle what a woman does, then you shouldn't be with her.

Hey joejoe - forgettabout it - you know - it aint gonna happen.. There is just something abt this issue - you, will always be made to wait.. Don't work the reason and logic stick - don't tell her 10 minutes earleir - I had an American wife before and a Thai wife now - lovely people each in their own right.. and I tried everything, well, I don't really get too angry - but as most things, the answer lies within - figure, no matter what the circumstances - you will be waiting - I bring a book and read.. you know, life is too short to get upset abt this stuff - - I know, life is too short and their wastin our time waiting for them.. bring a book - meditate a little.. enjoy some time alone.. look at the sky - kick a stone around the driveway - - beats being stressed abt something you are just not going to change..

Hey, JoeJoe! Me and my hubby have this argument all the time. I don't know why I always gotta go to the bathroom when its time to leave. Besides, it can take a lot for a woman to look presentable. Before I leave the house, I like to brush my teeth again, wash my face again, use the restroom, and bark out orders to my son sometimes as I am leaving. So, give your girl a break for cryin' out loud!!! lol...
