okay...so i normally don't get really bad cramps..or cramps at all when i get my period...but i only get really bad ones when i have been sexually active?...is that normal?...and what's the best way to stop them...i just take some aspirin

If you have bad cramps, I know this helps me a lot. Keep your feet warm, wear socks, shoes, slippers or something. I know it doesn't make sense, but it helps me a lot.

its normal they happen to me too . its becuase u are stressed , when u're stressed u get cramps . relaxx and enjoy u wont get any then
