He blew .12. The legal limit in California is .08. Don't you think the only reason he is going to rehab for 30 days is so that he can blame everything he said on alcohol?

Absolutely. It's certainly possible that he has a drinking problem, and it's certainly possible that all the hoopla made him finally realize that. But I think it's FAR more likely that he's simply taking his publicist's advice and flogging himself before anyone else has a chance to do it for him.
