Are they that big of a deal?
I think they are 'way more noticeable to you than they are to other people. You can talk to a plastic surgeon, but s/he will probably say the same thing.
I think you need to try to find something else to do with your time than obsess about your body.

First of all are you sure their extra nipples becasue alot of people have little bumps around the nipple i would check with your doctor first. If they are of course you can have them removed.

That is part of your areola.... don't get rid of them.
