no that's normal alot of girl make friends easier with guys because girls sometimes can be more envious and can bring more drama and gossip while guys still can bring gossip and drama but less of it

Not weird at all. I am the same way. I just tend to get along with men easier than women. Maybe because opposites attract, and most of the time women can't be trusted. You can be yourself and be more comfortable around a man that is your friend than a female that you are pretty much competing with.

I'm in the same predicament as you...although I do have girl friends too but I just barely do anything with them because they are sooo catty and all they EVER want to do is go to bars and pick up guys...I'm WAAAAyyyy past that scene....I like hanging with guys because we have more in common...hiking, camping, floating, fishing, etc...they are much more easygoing and don't gossip about everyone under the sun....the only problem is...sometimes I think that more guys only consider me a friend because I have a habit of becoming buddy buddy with them and maybe it sorta "kills" the thought of ever having anything more???
I can't help it though, I like guys in general and I don't want to change my personality into some flirty, stupid, bimbo just to try and attract someone... it's not that I'm ugly either, I'm good looking (or so I've been told) but I just can't play that "dumb act"
Oh well, I'm doomed to the single life I guess, at 36 yrs. old, it's not looking good!!! ha ha ha

No, its not weird. I was the same way when I was younger. I related to guys a lot easier than the primping and bitchiness of too many girl friends.

No - it's totally normal. Guys are easier to get along with. They are honest - tell it like it is. They'll tell you how they feel before they go behind your back and do it. So much different than females. I've always been that way - still am (and married a long time too).

No! Not at all. I totally agree I make guy friends soooo much easier b/c they aren't as judgemental and they are more laid back. So many girls are rude,snobby,and conceited. It is so hard to make friends with other gorls b/c they would all lie right to your face where guys don't care as much email me back anybody i need more ppl 2 talk to.

of course not! i mean, wats really different from a girl than a guy? and i make friends with guys all the time and im not weird, i think. it doesn't matter to me if i make best boy friends anyway cuz usually i end up dating them...i can't date a girl. LOL

No that is not weird. The same thing happens to me. As a matter of fact,my best friend is a male. I feel more comfortable talking to him than a female. I am not a tomboy but I prefer hanging out with males than with females.

I don't think it's weird. Sometimes girls can be very catty and we tend to make things more complicated than they really are. I think a lot of guys are more to the point and don't start stuff just for attention.

Most girls are like this actually. Lets face it girls are drama. Everything about them is drama and hanging out them can be rough. When I was young everyday was spent with rumors and gossip and dont look at that boy i like him. We spent so much time talking about stuff like that and we missed out on having real fun. When I hung with the guys it was just hanging out and having fun. Guys get over things easier then girls and dont spend as much time with the he said she said ordeal. So i would say that it is perfectly normal to want to hang out with guys. They do not judge as much and are not as catty as the women folk especially when you are young

Not really, I'm the same way. Some women are very competitive and insecure so that makes them unapproachable. When you can hang out with the guys and actually understand them.(being intelligent and attractive it makes it that much better)
