thats tough...id suggest getting some of those pills from GNC to help with weight loss...and exercise your *** off. Eat way less, and when exercising do it outside so you sweat more and lose more water weight

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

You really can't do it without hurting yourself. Rapid weight loss will rebound on you and you'll gain it back and then some.
Accept yourself the way you are and begin to eat better and get more exercise and loose it S-L-O-W-L-Y and maintain your new eating habits and exercise plan.
A bit more advice....Eat a diet rich in "good carbs". That means high fiber cereal like the Kashi product. High fiber gives you a feeling of fullness. If you feel full longer, you're less likely to eat too much.
Do nothing radical like going bulimic on yourself or teetering on the edge of anorxeia. Your life is too important to mess with like that.

it doesn't matter what you do you wont be able to lose 10 lbs in 8 days. but to lose some, work out and go on a diet.

you might be able to if you go on either a water fast or juice fast and only eat foods that take more calories to digest it than are actually consumed such as apples and celery. skip the sit ups and do an hour or two of cardio. this should work, depending on your size and whether or not you stick to it, but this plan only works for short term and the weight you lose will most likely not be a permanent weight loss.

Don't drink any soda NONE not even diet just regular water bottle or tap ur choice. I lost 12 lbs from no soda

if you weigh 400 pounds -- then there is a possibility of you losing 10 pounds in 8 days just by drinking water. otherwise, sorry, it's very unhealthy.

It sounds like you want to starve yourself to death...that diet might help but i the ennd all you will lose is excess water in your body....want to lose body fat? it might take you from 3 to 6 months at least..I suggest a fitness program where you can combine Cardio and weight training

Be realistic this is not possible without damaging your health. Aim for 3 to 5 pounds max per week unless you are obsese.
