I LOVE Tech from "Loonatics Unleashed", He is just sssssssssoooooooo Cute!^-^ And he is the smartest guy there.
I also like his ancestor, Wiley Coyote and the Road Runner too.
I normally go for female characters as I think that I relate to them more, so there are very few male cartoon characters that I actually like.

I adore Leonardo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I don't know why, but maybe 'cause it's because I can just relate so much to him. It might sound stupid, but sometimes I don't think of him as just as a cartoon character, because I know exactly why he would do something, even though it's in a cartoon.
Does that make sense? I don't know, maybe it's just a little part of me trying to hang on to my childhood. But that's why I like Leo. ^_^
