Where can I download Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 7.1 (2003)?

The 2005 compiler doesn't seem to be compatible with attempts to create counter strike levels...

I have the Visual C++ 2005 express edition.

I need the 2003 edition. It used to be free from Microsoft, but it's been superceded.

I'm looking for the 2003 edition (7.1)
