Try starting a neutral conversation with him in an uncrowded place and look for positive body language. He may make preening gestures, like straightening his hair. His arms will be unolded and he may unconsciously make male "macho" movements like broadening his shoulders. you have a strong response if he holds your gaze a little longer than most boys usually do. You have real interest if he unconsciously starts to miror your gestures like crossing your legs one ways and he follows suit or opening of the hands or direcion of the way he faces you (from the right or the left), after you do. If he makes a joke appreciate it,and don't respond with one of your own. Listen to him more than talk yourself.
