I guess it depends on what you consider being "picked on" means.

I'm thinking missles landing in your back yard or where your children are attending school or where you're trying to buy groceries, etc., is a notch or two above being "picked on."

Last time I checked, they said they invaded to try to retrieve their soldiers that were kidnapped for no apperent reason by a bunch of child-killing, head-choppping, rag-headed Muslims.
