I think if I'm going to be paid a friggin' SALARY, and then they make extra demands of my time all over the damn place, then I ought to be able to nap whenever I damn well please as long as I get my job done - and that's with a job where they practically use an anal probe to figure out if you met your quotas and whatever. (Yes, I am already preparing my resume).

I've been telling my bosses that for 6 years! They keep saying that is what your lunch break is for. I said no, lunch break is for eating. Siesta (nap) time is the break right after eating. I think it should be a law that we get at least a 15 min nap in. Those mini naps do wonders!!

I totally agree. They say that an thirty minute power nap would benefit everyone. But don't hold your breath, I don't think the boss is going to go for it.

I barely have enough time to be on answewrs all day... it would kill me if I had to take a nap also. Thank goodness I don't actually have to prove I do any work.
