Anyone know how to change the size of pic's sent from Kodak easyshare?

Every time I try to send pic's that were taken from my kodak folder they are huge. How do I change the size?

Download "photo gadget" it's free and once installed just right click on the pic file and you will see it.click photo gadget resize and your there.You can change it to any size you like.....lovely !!!!!
