does anyone know when dan brown's next book is going to be published? i think it is called "solomon key" or something similar to that. And has anyone read his other books and what did you think of them?

I heard the same things you've heard. I heard it was supposed to be released next year or even this year. Details about the year are sketchy. You have to remember that Dan Brown books take awhile to write because he spends a good chunk of time researching. Look on the internet and danbrown.com to see if any news are posted.

I've read all four (at least that's all I can find to buy). I think they're great, though it does become pretty easy to spot the bad guy early on once you've read like two of them.

I actually don't get people who criticize the Da Vinci Code because they say it's poorly written. Religious aspects aside, I thought it was a solid mystery with some pretty good twists.

I've read 2 of his, and there essentially the same story. Nothing wrong with that, Wilbur Smith, James Hurbert, Jack Higgings Etc. All have only 1 story with different characters/settings.
