It would be hard to say without a picture but:

A) It's good that you didn't post a picture on here - and I suggest that you don't. The web is a dangerous place for a young woman. I'm actually almost inclined to suggest that you not even post such queries on here; or that it might be better to post them to a more focused group with a narrower audience... Just be careful exposing yourself out here is all...

B) Having said all of that, my answer is as follows: Well, on one very simple level, big busts and hips do seem to be "in" these days... But I've known women with big chests who found them quite heavy and uncomfortable, so I suppose it really depends on the indiviual. Further, and most important, I think it's always best for everyone to achieve the best state of physical fitness he or she can attain/ maintain without causing unhealthy stress in the process. (And, accordingly, society's sense of what is or isn't attractive is/ should be linked to similar parameters... I.E., being overweight is very unhealthy and should not be viewed as okay, but neither should near-impossible standards of skinniness or muscle tone be demanded. And, in all cases, people are valuable and should be treated with dignity regardless of the state of their body.) So, if you need to lose a few, do so; if not, don't; but base the decision on what you and your family and doctor deem good for your health and try to adjust your view of yourself, one way or another, according to that scale alone. Then, understand that plenty of people will find you physically fine enough as you are when healthy and try not to waste your valuable time on people who don't.

Above all, whether or not you need to lose or gain weight or tone up, etc., love yourself along the way because you are the only you that you get and not only is life much more pleasant that way, but it really is your duty to yourself to do so.

I hope that wasn't too vague and that it helps! ;)

There is no such thing as ideal or normal when you are talking about your body. Everyone is different. My two best friends are the same height as I am, 5'4". I am 120, one is 105, and another is 160. None of us are overweight or underweight for our frames.
Be happy that you have such a voluptuous frame. I know some women use "voluptuous" as another way of saying "full figured" or "fat", but the real meaning is complementary.

Many women would love to have curves like yours! If you feel like you are too curvy, look into Pilates, aerobics, yoga, or some other exercises that lengthen muscles and tone, but don't build muscle. This should give you a leaner look.

You sound fine to me. The most important thing is to be happy with what you have. I have never been a "perfect" size 6 but haven't had a problem turning heads if i want to. Many men like curves on women, and i think the super skinny look is starting to go out of style. So embrace your curves and feel free to flaunt them. ;-)

You have an hour-glass figure! Guys like girls with curves. All my guy friends tell me that a girl without curves is a boy. And no, it doesn't sound chubby. Sounds ideal.

If you are healthy and physically fit, then do nothing but be happy with who you are.

There is no perfect size or shape. Different men/woman like different things. My wife is a small/medium, but so am I. My friend Greg is a big man, and only likes woman his size. For every person, there is someone who likes their type.

Eat right and keep your heart and lungs healthy with some exercise. Otherwise, just keep smiling!

Every guy out there likes something different. You will NEVER be able to attract them all. If you're comfortable with your size, go with it. There are plenty of guys that will like your figure. Attraction is more than 3 numbers and a cup size. Be yourself.

as long as you are healthy, it doesn't matter what size you are! you sound like you are a little pear shaped (which means your lower body is a little wider then your upper body) which is fine, in fact, its the most common body type for women to have! just take good care of yourself and flaunt your curves!
