I have been living in UK for the past year and 11 months and hold and ecuadorian license. Can i rent a car?

It was less than 6 monthsa ago that I was out of UK for holidays in Ecuador and came back.

If it is an International licence, Yes, if Ecuadorian No...you can only use it for one year........... unless of course you hire the car as a visitor on holiday................
